Let's be honest...

As a busy woman in the 21st century there is little time for prioritising yourself. Work, family, kids and all the other demands on our life - who has the energy to research what is happening to us during our perimenopause and menopause years?

Do you even realise those sleepless nights, sudden self doubt & anxiety, lack of energy or stubborn stomach bloat are potentially some of the symptoms commonly experienced during these years of hormonal imbalance?

Life’s transitions don’t have to be so hard. They can lead to a fulfilling and vibrant future. As a coach, I can help you harness your energy, creativity, and focus.

I’m here to support you along the way.

One of the tools I use is Internal Family Systems. This is a therapeutic model for those that want to explore more current issues such as addictions, anxiety, or past traumas on a deeper level than classic coaching. However, different to therapy, it can be a short term exploration & incredibly healing.
